By downloading or using Padel Score Tracker (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Use.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (“Pro”) that unlocks additional features. Payment is processed by Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All match data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing it up if you wish. We cannot recover data lost due to device loss, deletion of the App, or device malfunction.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of rating calculations, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of matches, or disputes about scores. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except as expressly permitted by law. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is solely responsible for the App Store and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
