Common questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchase. You must be signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro originally.

My Apple Watch shows “Phone unreachable”.

Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are both on, paired, and in Bluetooth range. Open Padel Score Tracker once on your iPhone — the watch will connect within a few seconds.

I lost my match history.

All match data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or lose the device, the data cannot be recovered. We’re working on optional iCloud sync for a future update.

How does the rating work?

The rating uses a public Elo-family formula. The full explanation lives inside the app under Settings → Rating method.

Can I get a refund?

All Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
